Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened or used food, supplements, or consumable products unless they are defective or damaged.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used food/superfood products
  • Perishable goods
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final sale items

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging

We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact us.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be processed or shipped and cannot be canceled.
