Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment confirmation. Our standard processing time is 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing may take longer during busy periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Destinations

We ship to destinations available at checkout. Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate before placing an order.

Shipping Rates

Free standard shipping is available on eligible orders totaling more than $100.

Orders totaling $100 or less will be charged the applicable shipping rate displayed at checkout.

Any shipping promotions, exclusions, or special conditions will be communicated on our website or at checkout.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times depend on the destination, shipping method, and carrier. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Order Tracking

When tracking is available, we will send tracking details after your order has shipped.

Delivery may be delayed by weather, carrier disruptions, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If your order is significantly delayed or appears to be missing, contact us with your order number so we can assist.
